The Charles brothers came to us because they are a company that has been established locally for over 50 years and realized the way their customers and potential customers find out about them has changed significantly over those 50 plus years. They discovered they weren’t taking digital marketing as seriously as they should. SEO was key for what they were looking for first.
We analyzed their website. Than discussing it together, we determined that setting up an SEO strategy on the current site would be moving backward. It would make more sense to generate a new website set up at the beginning to be SEO friendly, with a new look and that was responsive. However, taking all this into account they wanted to keep their brand intact.
As tradesman and technicians, there is a lot of competition. With that, an obstacle is often the public view which is cautious at best. So we focused on the customer service they provide and continued relationships with their customers.
Visually we wanted to make sure to show the trucks and the brand throughout the new website. Their vehicles driving up and down our streets for over 60 years is a visible reminder that they are still here and are fully established. After all, they wouldn’t have lasted so long if they were not permanent and ethical.
