Alexander & Catalano came in with a static web page.  We upgraded to a responsive web site design thus allowing for a wider range of target audience.  As lawyers the new focus of the website was to be their areas of practice and case results.

With the new focus in mind we began our changes.  The home page became one for navigation.  Practice areas were made to stand out with a 3D shadow effect on the images.  At the top of the page a rotating banner spans through recent case results.

Direct links to attorneys’ bios now occur throughout the site.  They added to acquaint the customer to specific attorneys.  Images of each attorney further help the customer get to know their attorney.

A mobile friendly environment was established so the website could easily be viewed from a mobile phone. Responsive web design allows the viewer to see the site with minimal difficulties and zooming issues.

Finally, a sitemap was added to the footer.  This allows any page to be accessible to the customer at all times.  A good practice for larger sites were the customer may become lost within the site after looking around.

Responsive Website Design

Responsive website architecture is still fairly new, but that didn’t stop us! We created a site that would redesign itself as the screen size reduced. This means that the user would always be able to interact with the site easily no matter what device they viewed the site on. Phone, tablet, standard desktop or large desktop the site can change and remain accessible.

We needed to leave an impression. By delivering a site that worked on any device and a very unique horizontal page interaction we and the client felt we achieved our goals. But you don’t have to take our word for it.
